Chicken Salad

6 c. cooked diced chicken
2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. finely chopped red onion
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp curry powder
1 c. finely chopped celery
4 tbs fresh minced parsley
6 tbs sugar
8 to 16 oz salted cashews
red grapes sliced in half
1 cap lemon juice

Toss all ingredients together and serve on croissant rolls
